Brief

Whilst taking many flights with BA and enjoying the partnership between Marks & Spence and British Airways. I noted many frustrations with customers when using the inflight food service. I took on a personal concept to explore the ability to service customers more efficiently.

What started off to solve one problem, I ended up thinking more broadly about the customer experience. British Airways have an opportunity to create a far more engaging and dynamic experience for their customers through different touch points of their journey. I think this truly explores a concept that tailors a complete unique experience for each customer.
